Kim Storch is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience spanning real estate, hospitality, and community management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Land Planning & Entitlement at PulteGroup in Nashville, Tennessee, Kim leads strategic initiatives that shape residential communities through thoughtful planning, entitlement processes, and cross-functional collaboration.  In addition to her core role at PulteGroup, Kim also serves as Board President for all their active communities, and leads the Nashville Chapter of Ladies in Land, where she champions profession development and industry engagement.

Kim’s career began in the hospitality industry, holding senior leadership positions including General Manager and Regional Director of Operations for well-known hotel brands such as Hotel Indigo, Courtyard by Marriott, Hampton, and Crowne Plaza. This foundation sharpened her operational expertise, people‑first leadership style, and commitment to creating meaningful experiences within the communities she serves.

Based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Kim is the proud mother of two daughters. Outside of work, she loves exploring new places, catching live music, and discovering Nashville’s best local food spots.
