Guest Speaker: Andrew Hart
Andrew Hart is a Reserve Specialist as designated by Community Associations Institute with over 800 reserve studies completed in Middle Tennessee and the surrounding states. He will be speaking on Reserve Studies. Andrew has a broad base of knowledge and experience in many aspects of the construction industry including cement/concrete production, building materials, soils/groundwork, and reinforcing steel inspection. He has degrees in Civil Engineering and Concrete Industry Management.
